I cannot thank everyone at Auto Care Clinic enough.. For the past 2 months I’ve been having issues with my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. I took it to countless shops and no one could figure out what was wrong with it. Out of pure desperation I went online and I found auto care clinic and honestly it’s probably one of the best things that has happened to me..Ms. Karen was so kind and patient with me during this whole ordeal.. I literally called her every other day trying to get an update lol and she was nothing less than helpful every single time and always answer the phone with a Cheery voice she never made me feel like a bother ! And Johnny was just amazing he was very knowledgeable.. and extremely honest giving me updates and showing proof as he went and that is not some thing you see every day especially in his field and for that I am so grateful.. you know what they say ..good mechanics are like unicorns When you find one you’ve gotta hold onto them lol and in my case and in my experience Johnny is definitely a unicorn and he has absolutely earned my business lol . I will not take my car to anyone else. So if you’re having car trouble definitely take it to auto care clinic.

Fast, professional and reasonable rates. My air conditioning wasn’t working. Karen got me in and out even before along weekend.

Auto Clinic did inspections on two cars for us. One passed, one did not, but Auro Clinic was able to make the repair immediately after the inspection. Prompt, friendly, responsive.

Fantastic customer service and communication.

Johny & Karen were awesome to deal with especially since I was so stressed I was crying after my car broke down on 495N. They provided me an estimate & explained everything to me & after they did the diagnostic on my vehicle my boss chose to pick up my car & fix it at our Marina to save on costs. They had to deal with an emotional woman and went out of their way to make it less painful!
