I drove to MD from MA to assist my elderly parents and arrived with my car making a mighty racket in the engine compartment on my old 2007 RAV4. I thought it might be the alternator but wasn't sure. I was trying to decide if I could complete my trip and get home. I called Auto Clinic on a late Tuesday afternoon, made an appt for Wed. morning. They quickly diagnosed the problem and provided an accurate and fair estimate for the alternator and tensioner. They worked extremely hard to get all the parts the same day and complete the job on Wednesday. Not easy with supply chain challenges. Due to being an old car with rusty parts creating extra challenges they finished Thursday morning. They are a first class business with very helpful and friendly employees. As a bonus, if you happen to love dogs, they will also let you play with super friendly Diesel and Sandy.

These guys are so efficient & incredibly kind! I’ll always recommend them from here on out. I’m so impressed with their service! Thank you guys!

I recently had to revisit Auto Clinic Care for some follow-up work on an issue with my Ram. Karen, JJ and Johny are the bomb! Going to see car mechanics and auto repair shops are like visits to the dentist to most people. Not with this crew. They are honest, prompt, knowledgeable professionals (look at all of the training and certifications they hold!). They do what they say they're going to do when they say they're going to do and they do it with a sense of humor and they have a pair of nice dogs too! Go there. Get your car fixed. Tell your friends. Good people there.
