Took my car for MD inspection and I have never had a terrible experience with an auto shop until this one. They surely discriminated as I couldn't speak fluent English and knew I wasn't from around here. My car had already passed VA inspection and everything was in great condition but guess what, they failed me and made up all this things that I needed to replace for them to pass me. Wipers, tag light, tires and a goddam anti sway bar ( which they said it was getting old). Went and did everything on my own and came back to have the anti sway bar put in at the shop and they charged me $400+ to purchase the part and labor (ridiculous). The lady at the front had me waiting for almost 20 minutes as she went to the back to have her lunch. Just terrible experience with this shop, I have never been treated so unfairly by an auto shop and I visited this one. I won't recommend at all. Please go to a place that care about customer satisfaction and offer fair services and not a place that only cares about taking your hard earned money. I am normally not big with rating bad experiences but this I couldn't resist

Karen is AWESOME! They have excellent customer service. They will definitely take care of your vehicle. Johnny is also very sweet and has superburb knowledge about cars!!!

We have all of our car repairs and maintenance done here and have for years. They do quality work at a fair price. Turn around is fast. They do multi-point inspections and give you a good idea of what maintenance needs to be done and what can wait. They never pressure a sale or additional maintenance. Will always go back.
