Karen at the front desk was so nice and made me feel comfortable. Johnny was great and diagnosed my car fast and was able to fix it. I will be using them again.

I set up an appointment for my friend Allen we came in to do a state inspection we had an appointment and they got us right on time inspection didn't take too long but I guess wasn't also short to miss anything that could come up. We took a 2014 Honda Accord and it's past and the inspection results came with detailed information as well as videos and was sent to my email which was very convenient. I got suggested to change brakes which is something I can and will do at home

These people are awesome and very family oriented...the owner is the best and very handsome...I'm a visitor to MD...my battery died and the took my vehicle in right away....hands down the best....highly recommended!!!!!

I live North of Baltimore. I broke down in Rockville. I had my van towed here and was treated like a friend. Cool AC in the waiting room, happy and upbeat employees. Johnny was extremely knowledgable and very empathetic to my situation. I was pleasantly surprised with the report they sent describing the condition of my van. The report even included pictures showing the issue. I knew this was the best place. The professionalism and genuine caring for their customer really made a wow impression. I definately recommend these guys!

Very quick to arrange work, finished as promised, reasonable market based charges and easy to chat re other items and advice. Only suggestion, and this is addressed to the car service industry in general: Some basic cleaning of car parts handled by service people: Steering wheel, shift, seats, floor. Takes a few minutes and makes a huge impression when done. Disposable gloves could also help. Otherwise this is a great team, I will recommend to others and will be a regular.
