Brought in my Chrysler 300c for diagnostics because it was shaking and Maryland safety inspection. Was told I needdd to replace tie rods and control arms and put new tires and given a bill of over $3000. Karen is great and tried to cushion the blow. I bought new tires separately and they fixed the car for $2200. A few days later I noticed the car was still shaking. I returned it and the mechanics said I needed a new transmission. I regretted receiving this information after pumping in over $3k in a car. If I had been given the full diagnostic which I asked for I would have returned the car to the dealership or sold the car. Maybe they honestly missed the transmission issue but they cost me big as I had to sell the car at a major loss with these newly discovered problems.
Hi Steve, I'm a bit shocked to hear about this -- this doesn't sound like the kind of work we'd do. It sounds like there may have been some type of misunderstanding on what you wanted done, and I apologize for any miscommunication on our part.
