Went to Auto Clinic Care for MD state inspection bc ratings were great. Come to find out, all my rotors were rusted and scored and I needed replacements for $1,500. I went to the next shop over, rotors were perfectly and my vehicle passed. You make the judgement. Mine is one star.

Karen was great. I called at 7:50am and told her I needed a MD State inspection. I was in there by 8:30 and out by 9:30. The shop is very clean. I only spoke to Karen and one other person (can't remember his name) and both were extremely friendly. I also got a 20 dollar discount on my inspection. Will definitely use Auto Care Clinic again.

Quick and good service, the shop suggested some additional works to be completed with very good explanations.

Polite, friendly staff and a thorough explanation of what was wrong with my car along with helpful suggestions on what to do next. I would use this company again.

I commute to Rockville from Bowie every.day to work and I became stranded due to a bad alternator which drained the battery. The front desk assistant was very calm a willing to listen to my current problem. The price was a bit high but the owner or manager was able to give me a bit of relief by giving me a military discount since I am a retired Veteran. Needless to say, I was able to drive home the next day. So far, I have no problems.
