I have taken two cars to Johny's shop at Auto Clinic Car I have always been pleased with their service and the quality of the work. This is one of the few shops you can trust and know he will do the right thing. Once I had an issue with some work and Auto Clinic Care took care of it at his expense. I have been to a lot of car repair shops including the dealer and Auto Clinic Car is one of the best!

I'm so happy I found this place. Moved here a year ago and still hadn't found a mechanic I trusted. They did great work getting my car to pass MD inspection, and staff is professional and friendly. I'll definitely be back.

Took my car to get my exhaust welded the owner "tryed" to weld it I ended up getting birdshit weld worse of all I showed him how I wanted the weld, not recommend at all. A waste of time and money.

Not only did Karen and Johnny go over and beyond there normal kindness -they made sure everything additional I needed was coordinated and scheduled. Auto Clinic Care is the most reliable, honest, hard working group around all while making it affordable and treating you like family.

The incredibly sweet lady behind the counter was so helpful and explained my bill and future maintenance work so that I understood everything completely. The head mechanic/owner (?) was amazing and helped me work out a plan for what my truck needed work on first according to my safety and my budget. I am definitely going back to have them do all of my truck maintenance. As a single mother, your help and guidance meant a lot.

My car battery needed to be replaced and I was looking online for a place nearby that had excellent ratings. Auto Clinic Care had the best ratings out of any auto repair place within Silver Spring and Rockville combined. They were very pleasant on the phone, asking for specifics about my car prior to bringing it in. Without having to ask, the mechanics ran a conductive test on my car to confirm that the battery was faulty before replacing it. The staff was very respectful and called me ma'am, something you don't find around here very often! Within less than 30 minutes my car battery was replaced and they had checked my charging system as well. All for less than $185! I would highly recommend them to anyone.
