Just take some time to read some reviews and you will notice that they are fake. I took my car to this place because they say they do discount to federal employees but at the end I didnt receive any discount. I changed a piece that broke again 2 months later and they charged me more than others would have charged me (just crossing the street there is a Fitzgerald, I asked them for a price and it would have been $150 less). It was my fail that I told them to do the diagnostic so I spent $120 there and got engaged with them. As I said they charged me $450 and two months later it was broken again. I was in another state so I couldnt go back to them and claim, so I decided to go to a car repair (this time was in NC) and the price was $175, including oil and filter change!!! I wouldn't reccommend this place to anyone.
I was very concerned and confused to read this. First and foremost, I must address what you say about our reviews. Although I can understand that you had a poor experience, that doesn't mean that our other reviews are fake. As you can see, we get a variety of review ratings, and all of them come from our customers. As for your experience with us, I am truly sorry that we didn't impress. Whatever it was that we replaced certainly should not have broken, and I'm very sorry that that happened. Had you come back to us, I would have been very happy to correct that mistake. As for your federal discount, I'm sorry to hear it was left off. We'd never do that intentionally, so my guess is that it must have been forgotten. Next time, please feel free to give us a reminder, because we're very happy to honor discounts for federal employees. -Johny Feres, Owner
