Love the service. I took my car for an oil leak repair at different shops and the price was outrageous and after a week my oil was low again. Then I took it to AUTO CLINIC CARE and they told me that the problem was never fixed. They showed me the problem and they fixed it, at a better deal. I haven't had any problems since. They have great service and the people are great. I recommend them to all my friends and family. If you have any problems with your car, you should go to AUTO CLINIC CARE.

Just so Impressed with the friendliness of the staff! Seems as though these guys are Invested for the long haul. Every time I am there I feel like part of the family. The owner is always present every time im there and he always makes sure to say hello and go over any questions I may have... which is generally alot. Its so nice to see honesty in a business that has a negative connotation to it. Clearly anyone leaving negative comments has the wrong place,- since there are several auto clinics in the area. Also last but not least, they have the most affordable prices i have seen in the expensive Montgomery County area. If you want a mechanic that will answer your questions and dumb down the language for you, these guys do it! I think its a family business which just adds to the positives!

As an Auto Clinic Care customer of 8 yrs, & one with often unreasonable expectations & demands, I continue to be surprised by the fine treatment and service. It's like finding a really good dentist you don't dread to visit. Thank you Auto Clinic Care Team -- Karen, Johny , and the seen and un-seen players who orchestrate the service experience from drop-off thru diagnosis & "treatment" to pick-up, (looked like employees glad, too, to judge by the smiles and atmosphere).

I heard about Auto Clinic Care from my son-in-law so I thought I would give them a try. After comparing them with a few other local shops, I felt that their price was was most accurate and fair. I chose to have my car repaired with them and I am very happy with the outcome. The service was unparallel to other shops, they expalained thoroughly what exactly needed to be repaired and why. Overall fast service, SMART mechanics, fair pricing and friendly people. I most certainly would recommend them to anyone! Also, don't be suprised if you develop a friendship with the people there, they are truly genuine people!

Johny Fares may be one of the last honest mechanics. Work is done with pride, as promised, at or under the quoted estimate. Karen, Emily and the rest of the crew could not be more friendly or professional. My family has found a home for all its automotive needs.

I called on Wednesday evening with a flat tire, to get an appointment on Thursday morning to get 4 new tires, so I could get to a 12:30 PM meeting in Germantown. I brought in my Camry at 8:45 AM on Thursday morning, and got service right away. In 2 hours, they changed and balanced all 4 tires, and replaced and aligned the wheels. My new Michelin tires really give a good ride, and I made it to my 12:30 PM appointment. I have always been totally satisfied with this Auto Clinic Care facility on Nicholson. The service has always been excellent, even when I had to give them short notice. I have already recommended them to a friend who was unhappy with her Lexus dealer service.
