I brought my car in because I kept hearing a loud whirring/clunking noise on the right side near the wheel. I also needed an oil change and was going on a road trip, so I wanted to get it taken care of asap. In addition, the adapter in my car was no longer working. I asked if they could just take a look at it to see if it could be fixed. I liked that I could drop my car off before they open so I could still get to work on time. I received a phone call from the owner, Johnny, at about 11am - he let me know that the right front wheel was bent, probably from hitting a deep pot hole (which isn't hard to do in this area). He explained what needed to be done in order to fix it and also how much it would cost. They needed to keep it for about a day and half, so I went to pick it up on Friday afternoon. When I went to get my car, everyone that I talked to there was really nice and professional. They made the whole process quick and easy, and I could definitely tell a difference when I drove away. However, I got about 20 minutes away and the ABS light came back on. I called the shop to let them know - Johnny came on the phone and said to bring it back in. He knew I was going on the road trip and said he would get it taken care of right away. Turns out that the sensor was faulty. They ordered a new one from a different shop and even stayed after the shop closed in order to install it for me. I was definitely impressed with the quality of customer service I received here and will be taking my car here again.
