Great customer service.

I always dread dealing with our car, but I have a new sense of relief because of this auto care clinic. The service is always completed in a timely fashion and the staff is awesome! They are experienced and knowledgeable and always perform exactly what you need and ask for. They are not sales people who try to lure you into purchasing extra services. They honestly care for their clientele and have a strong work ethic. I would recommend this one stop shop to anyone in the DMV area. And their prices are reasonable!!

The ladies and mechanics were great. They possessed great customer service skills, were very kind, and were very knowledgeable in their field of work. The mechanic allowed me back to view what was actually going wrong with my vehicle instead of just printing out a list of things that needed to be done with adjacent prices. They did not lead me on and actually advised that some of the work I needed not be done until after I took care of some other things to prevent me from wasting money and having to re-buy things. They also had the best price for the work I needed done and they worked with me. They also kept true to their estimate; there was no TRICKERY!!!! Because of how comfortable I felt, I will be returning when work needs to be done on my car and would definitely recommend them to others :-D

Very friendly and accomodating (prices for parts and labor emailed to me), and the front office customer service was excellent. The mechanic took time to explain his diagnostic write up to me and showed me on the car what/why work is needed. I did not feel that I was being taken advantage of at all. I was also introduced to the owner who was very personable.

The people at Auto Clinic Care were really nice, reliable and helpful when my car broke down. They looked at my car and let me know what was wrong with it, and which fixes were more of a priority. They helped me find discounts for the repair (government employee) and each time I talked to someone there the service was always friendly. I would definitely take my car here again.
