No one's better than Auto Clinic Care! After seeing all the great reviews of Auto Clinic Care throughout the internet, I decided to give them a shot for my recent 90K maintenance work. Boy was I glad I did. I found everyone from the folks at the front desk (Johny and David - one of the owners) to the mechanics to be extremely friendly, courteous, and honest. Sitting in the office waiting for my car, I was amazed with how well both Johny and David knew their customers even asking about their family. It was obvious that these were long-time customers as their interactions were so genuine. This is something you definitely do not see at the dealers or any franchise shops. These guys don't pressure anyone into unnecessary services; they take the time to explain everything. They were so honest with everyone. By the way, if you need to go somewhere (e.g. shopping or work) after dropping off your car, they'll be more than willing to give you a lift. That's just great customer service. Another positive, free secured WIFI is available in the waiting area. Are you tired of going to the dealer or franchise shop for your car? Looking for a great, friendly, family-owned place? If you are, then Auto Clinic Care in Rockville is the place for you. I will definitely continue to use them for routine maintenance in the future.

Overpriced and inexperienced

We have been using Auto Clinic Care for more than a decade and we have always been pleased with the service. They are very customer-friendly and the whole operation gives a sense of being consistently well-managed and efficient. Also, we have only one car so it is helpful that Auto Clinic Care is located within walking distance of White Flint Metro. I don't know how it compares with similar shops in terms of cost, but we are dealing with honest people who consistently do quality work, and so for me its definitely good value for the money spent.

I recently took my vehicle to Auto Clinic Care because my car was over heating. I was so thankful for their prompt service which was honest and not over priced. Johny and David were very professional and did not try to take advantage of me as a woman not knowing about cars. I highly recommend Auto Clinic Care to all my friends and family.

I have been taking all of my cars to Auto Clinic Care for as long I've been in Maryland. Auto Clinic Care has the best customer service and atmosphere, the service is unbeatable, and they always taken care of all four vehicles kept in them in excellent condition, I love all the staff, thank you for everything and for keeping me and my kids safe over all these years. I highly recommend them to everyone including all my family members.

Best customer service I've had from an auto shop. The work is accurate, reasonably priced, delivered when promised, no add on charges, and fixed right the first time by subject experts. Doesn't matter the make, model, year, or type of repair (including tires) these guys do it all. You call and get a person on the phone (in less than 5 rings) and not a machine or computer. They know you by name and your car by the history. My used 10 year old grand Cherokee at 158K runs like new from 80 mph to 4x4 low in the country without hesitation. Support small business and dump the chains and big box stores. Without annual inspection in Maryland, these guys make sure every service is focused on your safety and overall value.

Great service again from these guys. Had my car towed at night. They called me first thing am -told me it had arrived..called me hour later..reviewed everything...car was ready at 3!
