Was very happy with service. Happened to be passing through the area, with suspiciously squeaky brakes, and they were able to both diagnose and fix the problem within the afternoon. Professional, nice, and clear in explaining the problem and available solutions.

Sad experience! The service rating and quality of work is none existence to say the least. The price quote is always far lower than what you end up paying at the end. the atmosphere is none professional and this will be my first and last time visiting this shop. I suggest to hire a good lawyer if you decide to go there first as you may need one. My car was working fine, I toke it there for preventive maintenance to save few dollars, and I end up paying more than what the dealer quoted me and crippled car :(

They are friendly, super knowledgeable and most importantly HONEST. He is the best! He wont just repair your car - he will explain everything in detail. I have to echo what many people have said about these guys -- they have the best customer service of any auto shop. Very courteous when I scheduled the appointment and when I brought my car in. I wish I had found them sooner instead of spending so much over the past few years at the dealership.

No one's better than Auto Clinic Care! After seeing all the great reviews of Auto Clinic Care throughout the internet, I decided to give them a shot for my recent 90K maintenance work. Boy was I glad I did. I found everyone from the folks at the front desk (Johny and David - one of the owners) to the mechanics to be extremely friendly, courteous, and honest. Sitting in the office waiting for my car, I was amazed with how well both Johny and David knew their customers even asking about their family. It was obvious that these were long-time customers as their interactions were so genuine. This is something you definitely do not see at the dealers or any franchise shops. These guys don't pressure anyone into unnecessary services; they take the time to explain everything. They were so honest with everyone. By the way, if you need to go somewhere (e.g. shopping or work) after dropping off your car, they'll be more than willing to give you a lift. That's just great customer service. Another positive, free secured WIFI is available in the waiting area. Are you tired of going to the dealer or franchise shop for your car? Looking for a great, friendly, family-owned place? If you are, then Auto Clinic Care in Rockville is the place for you. I will definitely continue to use them for routine maintenance in the future.

We have been using Auto Clinic Care for more than a decade and we have always been pleased with the service. They are very customer-friendly and the whole operation gives a sense of being consistently well-managed and efficient. Also, we have only one car so it is helpful that Auto Clinic Care is located within walking distance of White Flint Metro. I don't know how it compares with similar shops in terms of cost, but we are dealing with honest people who consistently do quality work, and so for me its definitely good value for the money spent.
